Keep it on my fridge

One of the many highlights of summer is patio season. Of all the souls I am so blessed to know, there is no one quite like poet Tanya Davis. Over the duration of my life in Halifax she's become one of my dear friends, a mentor of sorts, though more it seems more along the lines of a literary kinship. We both have a love for food, words and art. Need I say more?

Oh yes, do try the lamb wrap at Cafe Istanbul. So much for originality as we both ordered the same dish.
